FFL Services

Transfer services between Federal Firearms Licensee's (FFL) for items regulated by the ATF in compliance with ATF regulations and the store policies reflected below.  All transfer services will incur a $40 transfer fee with discounts for multiple items.

1.  The ATF Form 4473 must be completed by the person the item was shipped to.  There can be no substitution or changes in accordance with federal ATF requirements.

2.  The person must provide a valid photo identification reflecting the current address and meet the federally required age to own the firearm or regulated item.

3.  Unclaimed items will be charged storage fees of $5 per week after 30 days from receipt.

4.  Unclaimed items will be considered abandoned and become the property of Chisholm Trail Firearms if left 6 months after date of receipt.

5.  Chisholm Trail Firearms retains the right to sell abandoned items to recover fees associated with storage, notification, and security of unclaimed items.

6.  Persons under the federal legal age to transfer the firearm or regulated item will be responsible to coordinate return and pay all associated fees to complete the return process including the appropriate transfer fees to either / or both FFL's.
